If you would like Rhino Business Services to receive a package on your behalf, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1.  View our Calendar: Since you will be shipping your packages directly to the business center, it is imperative that you view our calendar and ship your package to arrive on one of the days that we are open for business.  If your package arrives on a day we are closed, the UPS carrier will not leave it and it will more than likely be "returned to sender". 2.  Address Instructions: Please fill out your label exactly as it is shown below, with your name, and company name inserted:

3.  Send us an email with the following information -- We will need to know:

• The date we should expect the package
  

• The type of package (e.g. letter, small box, poster tube, etc.)
  

• The carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
  

• How much the package weighs
  

• The date/time you need to pick this up from our Lobby "F" business center
  

• A phone number to reach you ON-SITE to let you know the package has arrived.
  

4.  Pickup from the business center:  Because our hours vary,  please be sure that the business center will be open the date and time you want to come retrieve your package!  You can check this by clicking on the link in the green bar (to the left) that says, "calendar".  Or, feel free to call us directly with your questions at 504-232-1158.  Email us at rhino@rhinobiz.com

We suggest that you do not send packages for Saturday delivery, or for Early A.M. unless you work out these arrangements ahead of time with a Rhino staff member.    Weekend deliveries will result in double the handling fees listed below.   We will only accept packages that can be hand delivered to the convention center.   In other words, FREIGHT deliveries will not be accepted. 

When you pickup your package, the following handling fee -- per package -- will be charged:

$25 Envelopes / Packs

$25 Small Boxes (1-50 pounds)

$35 Large Boxes (51 pounds +)

$45 exhibit cases
